Platillo de abanico

We call it the Spiral Galaxy pot, but Roger Callero, of San Jjuan de Oriente, Nicaragua, calls it "Platillo de abanico". It is almost 10 inches wide and it is 5 inches tall and weighs 5 lbs. This squat but optically large pot is perfect for a table or a shelf with nothing able to compete.
